A considered approach to aesthetic care

Care that
starts with
you.

Before choosing an option, make room for your questions. Start with what matters to you and what you want to understand.

THE CONSULTATION EDIT / 01A little time to consider.

Our point of view / 01

A conversation comes before a recommendation.

Good information gives you room to decide. A consultation is a place to discuss your priorities, ask about the options and understand their limits.

The consultation edit / 02

Come with your questions.

Choose a topic to see what you could discuss with a qualified provider.

Begin here

Talk about what matters to you.

  • What would you like to understand?
  • What are your expectations?
  • Which questions would help you decide?

The aim is a clear conversation, with space for the provider to ask questions too.

Look a little closer

Ask for the full picture.

  • What are the potential risks and limitations?
  • Who would carry out the care?
  • What costs and follow-up would be involved?

An appropriately qualified provider should explain suitability and alternatives in a consultation.

At your pace

Keep room for a considered choice.

  • Can you take written information away?
  • Who can answer a later question?
  • What would the next step involve?

Exploring options does not mean committing to a procedure.

For your consultation / 03

A few notes to take with you.

Build a short list of questions to refer to in a conversation. Choose the ones you’d want answered first.

Why start with a consultation?

A provider needs to discuss your circumstances and explain any proposed care before you decide. A website can help you prepare questions; it cannot assess suitability.

Do I need to choose an option now?

You can use this page to explore topics without choosing a procedure or sharing personal information.

Behind the website / Carl Añonuevo

An aesthetic website with room to think.

The design decision

Chocolate ink, warm paper and oversized serif type give LUMÉ an editorial identity. The portrait is a mood image, rather than a treatment result.

The working interaction

Visitors can explore consultation topics and build a question list in their browser. The experience focuses on informed questions rather than treatment promises.

Build an identity of your own.
